Intuitive Anthropology is my Ukrainian-language project focused on psychological self-help, emotional resilience, intuitive analysis, and human understanding during and after war.
The project explores how stress, trauma, anxiety, emotional exhaustion, empathy, and self-awareness shape human behavior and everyday life. Its purpose is to help people better understand themselves, recognize what they are experiencing, and find practical forms of emotional support and inner stability.

What Intuitive Anthropology Explores
- Psychological support during and after war
- Emotional resilience and mental health
- Trauma, anxiety, stress, and emotional exhaustion
- Self-awareness and intuitive understanding
- Empathy, relationships, and human behavior
- Practical self-help techniques and emotional grounding
- Systems thinking applied to personal and social life
Why This Project Matters
War affects not only physical safety, but also emotional balance, relationships, perception, and the ability to feel stable in everyday life. Intuitive Anthropology was created as an accessible space where people can find calm explanations, practical psychological self-help materials, and a more human language for difficult experiences.
The project combines intuitive reflection, emotional awareness, practical self-help, and systems thinking to support people facing uncertainty, trauma, fear, burnout, and ongoing stress.
Its goal is not only to explain psychological states, but also to help people restore inner support, emotional clarity, dignity, and the ability to continue living through difficult conditions.
